My wife is wanting to pick up some inner tubes for riding down the snowy hills and asked me where to buy them. I haven't the foggiest idea what size to look for or where to find them. I know we've got some members who drive the work horses, what size do I need? Are they easy to find in stores?

No, he was asking for inner tubes. You assumed tractor tubes.

Another option for you. Look for the foam sleds with a Teflon type plastic on the bottom. Much easier than hauling a inner tube around.

Uh... Tractor is in the thread title, I don't think he was assuming.

OP, you may get luck and get a used tube at a tire-store for cheap but don't hold your breath... just never know what they may have. I went to get a repair done on an auto tire last week; it wasn't repairable, but they had the exact tire, with exact tread-wear in the back. Mount, balance, and disposal of the non-repairable $30.

A an INGO PSA, be real careful sledding on these tubes, the solid steel valve stem is very long, and sometimes ends up in the most inopportune places!
