    Is there anyone who should definitely be on the board.

    Reading the autobiographies, some seem like Fudds. There are some competitors and one NFA repeal guy that I lean toward voting for.

    Running by petition of members.
    The bylaws of the NRA recently changed the requirements for an individual to petition onto the ballot. The bylaws now state that an individual must collect half a percent (0.5%) of the previous year's votes. Based on the number of ballots cast last year, this requires a candidate to collect*651 valid signatures.

    If interested, you have to download a copy and send it via snail mail. All the instructions are on the site and download:
