    Does it include the whalers'?

    We're whalers on the moon
    We carry a harpoon
    But there ain't no whales
    So we tell tall tales
    And sing our whaling tune

So, how far away from a camera DO you need to be, to be out of range?
I could barely believe the zoom-ins.

there is a limit. Resolution Has to do with wavelength observed and size of the objective lenses collecting light. It’s one of the reasons why much of astronomy is done in X-ray and gamma etc. vs visible light.

People often ask me if I can see the flag, or other equipment on the moon from the missions with my telescope.... uh, no. No govt conspiracy, just physics.....

Whenever I hear someone say we can't do that in a meeting, I always say that in the 70s this country was driving cars on the moon. We'll find a way to get it done.
