It just so happens Mrs. Itchytriggerfinger and her family are from Philadelphia and South Jersey. This is SOP for East coasters. They're never wrong and when they are, they still aren't. The local machine explained that it was in the machine's best interest, and her's, if she resigned. I wonder if they just send a friend around with the message or if there is something more formal.
