I am looking for someone to work on AC cheap. Back Story
My oldest son has 3 Autistic children and when he took the kids to school this morning his Ac was working. When he returned home it was not and will not even turn on. He is on a very fixed income because of the children so I am trying to do the best I can and find him some help. Can any body give me some leads on where to turn before I go purchase a window air unit for him. Thank you in advance.
When he replaces the fuse at the outside unit and tries to turn it on, it blows the fuse. Compressor, starting capacitor or both?
