Trash-picking crows

There is a theme par in France that are training crows to pick up trash and cigarette butts and deposit the refuse in proper containers for disposal.

This idea is pure genius.
Crows are smarter than most humans I know, and with the proper incentive, they could police a tremendous area in very short order.
This would more than likely also be passed through generations of birds, with the parents teaching the young that this could be a food source.

Put a bounty on cigarette butts, and the bums will keep the world clean in order to make more butts to pick up. A self sustaining ecosystem. Pick up butts, collect bounty, buy more cigs to make more butts...
