Until an autopsy, "apparent" is often used. Sort of like "allegedly" prior to conviction. Even if you know, you don't know until someone certified to know lets you know that they know so you can know.

    Could be anywhere
    Broken families and broken people.

It reminds me of the book and movie "Something of Value" by Robert Rourke about the Mau Mau uprising. If you're going to take away a peoples religion you need to replace it with something of value. People are walking away from religion but are not replacing it with anything with a moral code...there is no rebuke now for any bad behavior and the feeling of the moment triumphs any moral response. There is nothing of value in their lives that trumps their current desires. The gap between thought and action used to be divided by a canyon of moral blockades only bridged by a single correct path, now it's not even a crack in the sidewalk and people walk across it without even noticing.

Morality? You dare bring up morality?

I wrote a long post about 1,000,000 premeditated deaths and then canceled it.

There are many on here that believe in Modern Morals and are not opposed to that particular progressive sacrament.

If life in the womb is worthless then life is worthless.

Edited to remove offensive word, my apologies to those I may have offended.

If somehow men could only be taught to control the release of their seed. With controlled release, you dont give the woman the decision to have an abortion or carry to term.

I really don't understand what farming has to do with morals.

Not all libertarians hold whatever "Libertarian Morals" are. I can't speak for the Libertarian Party platform because I am not a part of that organization, but a know a significant number of libertarians also consider the rights of very small people as well, including their right to exist once someone else made decisions and took actions that resulted in their conception. In fact, I got a mailer from Rand Paul last week asking for support to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Meh. I'd probably fail a purity test, so what do I know?

It was a rash statement. I do not pay enough to the Libertarian Party to speak intelligently about their stances. You just made me realize it.

I am a Constitutional conservative that leans libertarian.

Not familiar with the details of this case. I am concerned that often we seem to give the mentally challenged a pass until they harm the rest of us. Like the Noblesville school shooter?

Then of course, the anti's are happy to play in the blood to advance their agenda.

Wasn't it just a couple years ago we seemed to think we were in 2A heaven? When we thought the hearing protection act was all but done? Now... :dunno:
