Anyone here an insured contractor that services that area & interested in giving a bid?

Repairing/replacing flashing is not rocket science.
Search it on YouTube and I'd bet you'll find fairly detailed instruction.

As long as you're comfortable climbing on your roof, seriously, it shouldn't take that much time or effort.
