    I'm still going with 7.62x39 The neck is too sharp of an angle.

    To your point, could there have been 2 rifles? Those cases almost don't even look like the same dimensions.

    Not great lighting, smashed up cases, different reflectivity, swamp gases through a full moon, etc., notwithstanding.
