Trying to rehome a dog

Close family friend has a puppy to find a home for. Her son picked this dog up on the side of the road while on vacation. Brought him home and took the pup to the vet and it had all it shots. Now the pup is thought to be a black mouthed mountain cur. The young man that has it lives in a apartment in Indy and he wants to find a forever home. He’s been on a leash and let run but stays close .. he’s about house broken, sorry that’s all the information I have right now

G-daughters are all terribly allergic to pet dander. No pets for us anymore. Sad. I bet he would be a great dog for the girls.
