Toddler pulled down by pack of dogs while parents film

In a video which is going viral, a toddler is playing happily with a group of golden retrievers while his parents film until one of the dogs pulls the child to the ground by his shirt and the rest of the dogs join in, three of the dogs go for the child's face while the others go for his legs and hands. His parents can only watch. The child manages to escape for a moment but is pursued and pulled down again. The video ends with the child surrounded by the dogs, unable to escape.
