I called Honda on this since I'm a dealer and need some repair kits for my customers. Parts are not available. Eta is end of april.

As a temp fix, remove the fuel shut off valve and run a new line omitting the valve as it's the failure point. This last sentence is NOT a Honda authorized repair fwiw.
