New Sketch & Info In Delphi Child Murders Released.

I'm trying to find the ISP website to display the new sketch.

Suspect is probably younger, or looks younger than first sketch, and a video of suspect walking (about 3 seconds) released.

They now believe the murderer lives in/around Delphi and could still be there.
