Any of you guys WWll Military Uniform Historians?
This screenshot is from the documentary I'm watching on Amazon Prime Video called "WWll in HD" Season 1 - Episode 9 "Edge of the Abyss" at 36:22

So what is it? What did he do in the war? And how can I get some? :dunno:

That guy wearing the "Dots" camo caught my eye.
It's from a scene in Germany toward the end of the war of surrendered Germans that we captured. I thought I had seen all the old uniforms but apparently not.

Search for Eichenlaubmuster (oak leaves). That should give you plenty of info on this particular camo. At least that is what it looks like to me.

If you are wondering about the difference in colors between what is shown in the photo and the examples you find online, I would bet that this is b&w footage that was colorized. They often fail to add the correct colors to SS camo when they colorize b&w film.

There are also a number of variations depending upon where it was made, as well as different time periods. I know just enough to be dangerous, there have literally been books written on this stuff. Here is an example attributed to late-war Dachau that looks like a good match:

Regarding you question about where to get it, if you search for clothing for WWII reenactors you should be able to find it. You could also look for items in the Bundeswehr Flecktarn pattern, which is very similar, likely cheaper, and doesn't have the negative association with the SS.
