Wants to sell the town but is keeping the lease on the inn and operating it and keeping the profits.
I dont know who would give 3.8 million for that crappy deal? At least on the surface it looks like a bad investment.
Wonder how much that small inn even generates in yearly profit.
Also now its on the national registry of historic places, how does that affect the new owners ability to renovate and expand to generate revenue?

I have been there a few times. Quaint little town, the kind of touristy place my wife likes. Ate there once or twice, food is ok, service was satisfactory. Worth 3.8 million? Not to me.

Stayed and dined at Story the weekend I proposed to my wife. I was looking for 20th anniversary ideas, hmmm?

So...it looks like you'd get to pay $3.8M for the privilege of paying the property taxes. You don't get to change anything and you don't get the the only revenue generating business in town. What a deal! :spend::bs:

    I have a few questions ?

    1. Can we open a house of ill repute?

    2. What about a CBD clinic?

    3. A CBD coffee shop would be a hit with the hipsters from Indy ?

This place could be a cash cow it has a Inn a farm to table restaurant all you have to do is add some solar panels and draw in the hipster/AOC crowd and take in the money!

Make this a Marxist Hipster town in the style of “Mother Jones” it would be the only one in hundreds of miles.
