This bad boy just overflew my office downtown. It is in town at the Evansville Wartime Museum on Petersburgh Road near the airport. Link below has the hours for tours and flights today through Thursday.

The LST 325 will be moving today from her regular moorings to the Tropicana Casino for the week. I think entrance is free this week as well. The LST 325 was part of the Normandy landings and is the sole operational LST in the world. Pic below shows tank landing operations in WWII (top) and sailing down the Ohio River (bottom).
