If the truck is missing the Door label,

    1. How can you figure out the axle ratio?
    2. Is it possible to get a replacement label?
    3. The axle payload info and anything else that was on the original label?

Finally, when a bodyshop replaces a door do they even replace the stickers?

I think that the vin number should be all you need for the dealership to tell you all of that info. None have ever charged me or balked at telling me.

As stated above. Call dealer with VIN. Has all the info needed if truck is stock.
Also stated above should be a tag attached by a bolt on rear diff cover giving gear ratio.
If all else fails pull the diff cover and count the teeth on both ring and pinion and divide the 2 numbers. That will give you the ratio as well

If all of the above fails you can get pretty close by doing this.

Put the rear up on stand. Put a chalk mark on the tire and on a spot on the drive shaft. Rotate the tire 1 full turn and count the rotations of the driveshaft. Do the math. You may not be spot on but thee are only so many ratios available for your truck. Should be easy enough to figure it out.
I was shown this on a bet. I lost the bet. Have used this method a couple of times.

Counting the ring/pinion teeth is the best way.

Go to the dealership and ask for an oasis report. It should all be on the report as well as recalls and maintenance
