    Morning Coop. It is usually the regular Bob Evans, not the hot or the sage. I just add a lot of black pepper to it.

    Yes I'm heavy on the black pepper myself. Been testing the waters with the hot sausage lately.
    It's not as zippy once the gravy is made.
