Blew up my news feed this morning. Sad day. She was (is) freaking awesome and super cute. My kinda girl, if'n i had a choice. Played with the boys, and handed them their asses.

Just set her personal best, too.

1st we saw here was on a Saturday morning truck reality show cutting welding and spinning wrenches.
Then a stint on a few mythbusters.
Overhauling for a season or 2.
All girls garage for a while.

    Sad news.

    Sad- RIP

I have been following the North American Eagle land speed effort for years...and I mean years. It was fascinating, based upon a wingless F-104 starfighter, but seemed like it was never going to get there. Their stated goal was mach 1.

I will miss her. I loved watching anything she was in. At least she to do her dream job at a young age and died doing what she loved.

Met her at PRI a few years ago, she was in a vendors booth and seemed like really cool and down to earth. She made her mark on the Auto/racing industry for sure. RIP

Very sad news. Enjoyed her on All Girls Garage, Overhaulin, and other motor/racing circuit shows. Goodbye Ms. Combs, Rest in Power.

Meh, just another mediocre wrench that gained notoriety because, (think about it guys) reasons.

RIP, as I believe in respect for the dead.

Some people just jump on the band wagon, because, reasons.

Seriously, a tv wrench? Put her in a fast vehicle. Who could see that coming?
Wow, figured if anybody would know.......

She already held the record and in that car. others as well. The car had some issues. They had to abort a run. Could that have been her demise.
Yes I know a bit about her and a few people that know her.
    I do not.
But really. Cold is cold regardless.
People are posting she was enjoyed. Not as to her prowess with a wrench but yes she could spin them.

    Carry on sir. Enjoy.

I just do not get all worked up over someone famous because they bit the dust. So many people pass by the way side that actually did something good for the world. This was nothing more than a pretty girl (by some peoples opinions) that bought it doing what she liked to do. Interesting to see all the "guys" fawning over her now that she is gone.

Serious question, what color were her eyes?

Blue. One blue this way, one blue that way.

So what is the inherent value of your contribution to the conversation? You get off on throwing bombs to get attention or what? Maybe a bit of a perverted payoff for you? Just curious what drives some folks to immediately whiz in everyone else's Wheaties ?? It's called respect, get some!
