I used to work with a guy that bragged about the number of cars he totaled drunk driving and got away with it. In one instance that happened while I worked with him he rearended a car at an intersection while drunk and the investigating officer drove him the rest of the way to work! The drinking ultimately cost him his job.

    Could be anywhere
So...he was snorting heroin? I guess I'm not up on my drug consumption methods...thankfully.

Being incapacitated in any mental capacity and taking uninvolved lives needs to have a recompense as dire as the results of the incident; no matter the 'vehicle' involved.

Not sure why it is called Horse "starts with an H" is my guess. But apparently you were not around in the 60's and 70's :>)

I see heroin users daily and have never heard it called “horse”. Is this a thing? How’d the name get to be?

That certainly was a slang term back in the 60,s and 70,s as Gaffer mentioned.
I think they also called it hero which makes more sense.

I hope they throw away the key for this useless excuse for a human being.

Never heard hero, but yeah, it was definitely called horse or smack back then. And when done in combination with cocaine it was "speedballing" - that's what killed Belushi.

Hero in a bottle got the name "horse" for its use in horse racing over 110 years ago.

Wow, I had never heard that before!

Let me try to get this thought process down!

    1. Need to go to work and drive a dump truck.

    2. Take a big snort of “horse”

    3. Drive around running into people and killing some of them.

So I assume the dude was a life long loser at 62 years old.

Most likely will die in prison nursing home.
