Saw a piece on the news about this place this morning so looked into it a little more. Yeah, I know it's in Washington State, but I can't find much to disagree with about what they're doing. They hold their "classes" outdoors, year round, rain or shine. One of the teachers said, "There is no such thing as bad weather. There is just bad clothing." The school provides the outdoor wear appropriate for the weather at the time. I dunno... I think it's kind of cool. Much better than shoving a tablet in their hands and letting them entertain themselves that way.
Another benefit... Since there is no "brick and mortar" school, the cost to parents is much less than standard daycares/preschools.
