We were quite happy with Just for Granite. They did an island top for us out of a remnant. We liked it so much we went back and had them do the rest of the countertops. They even took measurements of our existing quartz/granite sink to turn it into an undermount from a drop in. We believe it was a big part of selling our old house.

We got Silestone quartz from one of the big box stores about 15 years ago. They still look new, zero scratches, chips, dings, or any other problems. Best part, absolutely zero maintenance. We will never buy anything else.

My best suggestion is to pay the extra money fir a decorative edge. At the time of purchase it feels like wasted money, but they look SO much better with edge work.
