    It's not "rocket science".
I agree with his statement that you should question everything.
BUT, there's plenty of ways to prove this theory without a homemade rocket to carry you up.

    Could be anywhere
I guess he didn't see that coming. He was probably looking for the four elephants holding up disc world on the back of a space going sea turtle.

Just more evidence that we never landed on the moon. It was all a studio production!

Just read the guy's story. WHAT A JERK! His rocket was only good for 5000 feet up! And he expected to prove the earth was flat from such a low altitude? Why not climb safely into any airliner which typically cruise between 30,000 and 40,000???

    Yup, Darwin winner for sure.

Eerily reminiscent of Evel Knievel's Snake River Canyon Jump but without the happy outcome. Premature ejectulation of the parachute in both cases. The difference being Knievel's 'chute stayed on and hindered the flight to the point of keeping him out of the river, where he probably would have drowned. Winds in the canyon also blew the craft back toward the launch side canyon wall, contributing to Knievel's survival.

So, what was unhappy about this outcome?
