Did anyone grab extra batteries for your battery powered optics?

I grabbed several 10 packs of different Energizer button batteries my optics need. Right now they seem plentiful.

Mine run on rechargeable battery packs. I have plenty of extras.

Good thinking. Two of mine use AA batteries, which I have plenty of, but one does use a CR 2032 and I don't have any spares. I'll pick up a couple when I go out.

One of the benefits of getting older is forgetting what you've ordered or where you put it. I found out a few weeks ago that I have enough CR2032 batteries to keep all of my T1s running for more than a decade.

2wks ago the battery died in my Inforce apl (g4G22), so I grabbed a 4pk - $17- of energizer lithium cr123 and also found a 6pk of Ds (4D Maglight) on clearance - $5- and I'm glad I did because when my wife checked the other day the battery section was wiped out (local walmart)

We keep a backup or two for pretty much anything else. Most everything is rechargeable these days.

We have a serious supply of all the sizes we use. I did top off that area recently before the great TP run of 2020.

Picked up a 20pk of DD, 50pk of AA, 50pk of AAA, ordered 20 CR123s, and 10 CR2032s. I think I'm good for a while, I hope..

We have a vendor we use at work that gives me the corporate discount when I buy a case. We're good to go. between that and a couple of rechargeable's we're covered.

I used my INGO lower to build a carry handle rifle.

I have 2 ARs with red dots, and I have a red dot on my VZ2008. My other ARs are scoped (no electronics).

I'm pretty sure I have an ancient box of brand new, yet likely "expired", Streamlight CR123s around here if anyone local needs some. I don't remember why I thought it was a good idea to buy a big box of them, but I did.

I keep a good stock of batteries at all times anyways but i have some extras I ordered before the great panic hit.

I'm concerned about keeping rechargeables--yes, they're rechargeable, but a) without a recharger you're out of luck, and b) it seems like LEDs, etc., don't like rechargeables--something about how the power drops in them or something? There will be plenty of juice left, but the LEDs won't work... ??

I need to just buy a flashlight that uses more common batteries.

I'm in good shape. Did pick up some lithium AAs and 123s for my Wraith, that's the only optic I've got that has to have batteries.
