My daughter is a paralegal in Illinois. I have been trying to talk her and her husband into moving over to Indiana. Husband is OK with it but daughter resists saying she is not certified in Indiana. Can anyone in the legal community walk me through what she would have to do to be certified here? For many reasons, living in Indiana is so much better than Illinois. They are fed up with all the BS in IL.

Paralegals do not have to be "certified" in Indiana. They have to work under the direction of a licensed attorney and that (or those) attorney are responsible for the quality of the work and to ensure she is not practicing law without a license.

They can be "registered" if they want to- not required.
