Why would someone who is asymptomatic and has not had contact with a known positive go get tested?
Discuss please.

I did some work this week in a distribution center and they are doing covid tests preemptively like drug tests.
And the employees drawn that week shove the swab up there own nasal cavity and place it in the plastic tube to be overnighted to some lab for testing.

I had to be tested before a medical test could be performed.
I know a couple people who get tested for work reasons, whether or not they are showing symptoms.
Other than that I'm not really sure

they should also track "are you symptomatic" in addition to other demographics on these tests

I’ve seen far too many instances of false positives to believe the reports are accurate. I think this is a potentially dangerous virus, but I do not believe the numbers at all. Take care of yourselves and avoid unnecessary risks, but the numbers are meaningless.

I know several people that just couldn't wait to get tested although asymptomatic and no contact with a know positive. They simply said they were curious. Another case is Nick Saben Alabama head coach was positive on the 13th but after 3 negative tests is on the field coaching tonight. How could he have been positive? We'll never know the real numbers.

To boost the number of corona virus cases, to support the narrative of a "pandemic", to continue inciting fear in a society where people are eager to embrace a victim mentality, to continue providing false justification for interference in the private sector and into people's lives.

Had the swab test at hospital last week. Just before that my Daughter was tested, positive results. She said was feeling better after 7 days then she took a self test at CVS with negative results. Everything I have heard it is 14 day cycle. Also I know what the test feels like eyes watering, sneezing and coughing and can not imagine someone doing it right to them self.

I think it's clearly a pandemic. I also think the virus is weakening significantly. plus I'm guessing 5-10X as many people have had it than we know about.

remember 60 million are estimated to have gotten swine flu in the US.

I saw in August that WHO was near declaring that wuwho flu had fallen to numbers that no longer met the definition of "pandemic" then the topic just disappeared and case count porn took over the narrative. Anyone have any insight on this?
