    I always resist dieting.

    This.

I'm getting ready to have a 2 inch thick NY strip in about 20 minutes.

I'm not going on a diet until I hit 270, the closest I've been is 265...For some reason, I stepped on the scale the other day and I weighed 240 and I haven't changed my diet at all...Or exercised.

I have made this on my Weber Grill. Just put the lump charcoal on one side, add chips and place the meat bomb on the opposite side of the grill, cover and await baconny goodness.

Notice I said LUMP charcoal. The flavor of lump charcoal started with a chimney type starter( no lighter fluid ) is far superior to briquets with lighter fluid.

I will definitely have to remember this, I was wondering if it could be done on a charcoal grill. Now I know what one of my next purchases will be :D

I did the one that you replace the sausage with cheese...I seriously felt dirty for the rest of the night.

After eating it, it felt like I rubbed it on my face before consuming.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm unworthy to taste such a delicacy.

This should be reserved for man-kings.

    Or war heroes.

    Or people with health insurance.

    Where's the bacon?
mmmmmm saved to favorites!! I'll have to try to make that sometime, only prob is I don't have a smoker :(

    Time to build one :D

I made this in the electric oven in my kitchen once.

No muss, no fuss, and the house smelled like bacon for a couple hours, then a couple more after it came out.

And again any time I sliced off a round of it and microwaved it to eat again. :)

Never argue with the smell of bacon

    You will lose.

    Blessings,
    Bill
