    This will end well. :D

Yes, it's legal. Don't even need the LTCH. But it's not advisable. And probably a stupid thing to do at City Market if history is any indication.

Your LTCH has nothing to do with carrying a rifle. But yes, you can carry your rifle in any way you want; loaded, unloaded, slung, unslung, cased, uncased, etc. Just don't point it at anyone or you're gonna have a bad day.

Yes. There is no license requirement to carry a rifle.

If you have the barrel pointing down instead of up sweeping the neighborhood you are legal. You will get the cops called on you and you will more than likely get a glock or two pointed at you but you are legal.

I would, however, advise you to beware to those would like to make up their own laws on the spot. You will come out alright generally, but it is a nasty trip.

:popcorn::popcorn::popcorn: I have never been brave enough to carry an AK SKS AR or any rifle in public in any which away.:popcorn::popcorn::popcorn:

I hope it works out for you. Please take someone with you to photograph your plans...

No license needed for a long gun. You can "carry" it all you want (some restrictions apply). It doesn't even need to be unloaded, or with the chamber empty. The law doesn't even say anything about the safety being on.

    Advisable? Probably not. Legal? Sure.

Good point. My question is "why the H... would you want to?", unless you're playing "macho man" or just going out of your way to cause trouble. Not everything which we have the freedom to do is a good idea.
