    haha, congrats. glad that it has loosened up *a bit* there.
    Does the IL LTCH/CCW designate that it be concealed? On the actual license itself, I mean? Is there any interpretation for open carry?

    There is no open carry unless you are on your own property. The law states "concealed or mostly concealed" this was put in in case of an accidental uncovering of the firearm. Such as the wind blows your cover garment back or you reach for something and it is uncovered breifly. It does not mean the firearm can be visible. Jim.
