Traveling to & around Maryland, suggestions?

May be making a quick trip to Maryland in the near future, finding a lot of conflicting information about "how & what" is allowed.

Any suggestions or good links? Not opposed to just taking a long gun (5th wheel) if that would make my life easier.

sadly the majority of the ORIGINAL 13 colonies are anti-2a.
leave your firearms at home in indiana and go to your trip to maryland. or better yet visit a pro2a state.

I should clarify that I am not planning to carry on my person. Curious about what is allowed & how while transporting in the truck & in the 5th wheel.
