    I was just there a few days ago. Carried my G19 (concealed of course) while visiting the Maternity Ward without issue. No metal detectors.

    My wife worked there for 5 years. If you’re not going in through the ER and it’s concealed you won’t have problems.


    Interesting, when I made my comment it was from witnessing the ER area thus I presumed the rest of the hospital was the same as the ER.

    I used to work there and you have to keep in mind what they deal with on a daily basis. It got so bad that they converted their security team to a sworn police force. The ED (ER) is a complete zoo late at night and on weekends. I don't blame them at all for the metal detectors there.
