Moved to another state (hypothetically)

So, if one has an IN LTCH and moves to another state, is the procedure just to go here and submit an address update - https://www.in.gov/isp/3262.htm , or is there a special step to have your license inactivated?

Seems like ISP would just see the out of state address and do that automatically.
