I can't link to it. It caught my eye this morning on a user workstation during an IT security audit. It came via email from "You Concealed Carry Document Delivery". Not sure the source.

It specifically states that they want 17 dollars for them to help but it has the links to do it for free with the actual in.gov website. Man people sure are gullible.

From the PDF linked in the OP of that thread:

Disclaimer: The information provided in this guide is not legal advice, but general information on concealed carry application procedures. Ours is an application assistance service that centralizes information and resources to streamline and simplify the application process. We are not affiliated with any state or government agency.

Yeah I would say that the guide shouldn't be taken as legal advice.

    Another gem:

    Section 2: Eligibility

Before proceeding, it is important to determine whether or not
you are eligible for a license to carry in Indiana. Applicants who
do not meet certain requirements will be denied, so you can
save yourself some trouble by reviewing the eligibility
requirements before you apply. Among other things, you must
be a person of good character and reputation, you must be a
citizen, and you must have a proper reason to carry a handgun.

Of course this comes immediately after explaining that Indiana is a shall issue state and that anyone that meets the basic criteria will be issued a license.

ETA: They also call it a "LTCF."

    They aren't even trying.

This outfit sounds more like an anti-gun organization trying to raise funds for itself and in the process collecting data on LTCH applicants. They sure don't seem to know of what they speak and should be avoided at all costs!
