    Well that's pretty neat.
One step closer to not being taxed to enjoy a constitutional right.

To take some creative license (no pun intended) with Hank Stram's quote, "Just keep matriculating the ball down the field, boys (and girls.)"

Short legislative session in 2020 (fewer days/no budget to fight over.) There were a couple bills that didn't get a hearing in 2019 such as tax credit for firearms storage devices and training from certified instructors; increased penalties for false informing/SWATing based on the level of crime being falsely informed.

I think establishing a grace period for handgun licensees moving to Indiana from other States would be a good win. One day you can lawfully carry, the next you can't because you've established residence? That's nuts!

2021: take a shot at the end zone with Constitutional Carry.

Good info and interesting about the church/school situation as well. I wish the article would have touched more on the new protections afforded. Will have to do some homework on that

The civil suit immunity and exceptions to carrying in churches during services when they have a school on the grounds both went into effect today.

Very glad for both of these. I know a few people who carried to church previously that had no idea it was illegal to do so before. Like it has been said, these are great steps forward. Hopefully constitutional carry will get another chance soon.
