    So say a guy is working at an airport property in the state of Indiana. Parking at a place that is owned by the Indianapolis airport authority but not public and well away from any security or secure facility and then getting transported via bus to the actual security checkpoint. Is this fella still protected by the parking lot storage law or does this fall under this part of the not applicable section of the law?

    (8) on the property of a person that is:(A) subject to the United States Department of HomelandSecurity's Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standardsissued April 9, 2007; and(B) licensed by the United States Nuclear Commission under Title 10 of the Code of FederalRegulations;

    Asking for a friend of course and any help from ingo legal dept is greatly appreciated.

    This is advice worth paying for. I'd call Relford law for an appointment.

    Call it "insurance". A free wrong answer here could cost you FAR more than an hour of Mr Relford or another 2A attorney's time.
