Open carry is legal without a permit in Nebraska for anyone at least 18 years of age that is not prohibited from carrying a firearm, although it may be restricted by local governments. For open carry in a vehicle, the firearm must be clearly visible. Some areas are off-limits, including schools. The city of Omaha requires individuals to possess a concealed carry permit to openly carry within the city.

From above link.
There are a few. Ohio and Arizona are like that too if I remember correctly.
I prefer open carry, I can conceal if I have to. I have a Indiana permit.
The way I understand it, is I am not allowed to CC, but can OC. Can someone confirm that?
If you have an Indiana license then you can carry concealed in both of those states.
In AZ, anyone can carry concealed without a license as long as they can legally posses a gun.
