From the high ready? That's cheating.
Just on the silhouette? Yeah, I could pass it... weak sauce.

A rather pedestrian course, and there are those Agents that still struggle to get to 80%?

Many have never held a firearm before getting hired. And honestly, they rarely even pull them. Now FBI SWAT, they’re as good as anybody. And I mean anybody.

I’ve se3n some of the Indy area SWAT guys shoot, they’re no joke!

SWAT guys generally are good because they shoot a LOT. But FBI isn’t like a police SWAT team, they’re more in line with SpecOps operators, where many of them come from in the first place.

Just sayin' that talk is big, but the score sheet don't lie. :stickpoke:

    ;)
unless we get a hard freeze and keep it that way, I can’t even access my range at the moment without destroying property. But I will shoot this course, and am confident I will do it at 90 or better.

I just naturally assume that people on a gun owners site probably shoot regularly. I know that's not true, but I think anyone that has had a bit of training, and shoots regularly (for accuracy) that the FBI course wouldn't be that difficult.
Below is the ILEA course. Now think about how bad cops are notoriously when it comes to shooting.... and yet to pass you have to get 80%

I'm looking ahead to spring warm up to give this a run also.

Thanks Kut! That looks like it's pretty close to the FBI test? I'm putting this on my list also.

It seems simple. How many have actually done it? What was your score?
Ran it once, and passed it first go. Even with rushing it, and never seeing my front sight post, I was two rounds off instructor level. You can throw 12 shots and still pass.

In my experience, when putting people on a 25 yard target with a timer running, scores fall apart pretty quickly. Especially when shooting a test like this cold.

Close enough. Every once in a while when I out with someone with property, I run it.... and I do the 25yd stage without the barricade. That's honestly the most difficult part.
