I heard a caller from Ohio on a radio program who said there was clause in the Ohio CC permit codes the made it illegal to CC while wearing a mask. I tried to look up the Indiana codes, but I couldn't readily find anything like that. Admittedly, trying to read that stuff makes my head hurt. Does that ring a bell with anybody? Could be a problem if it exists in code.

It is nonsense that is spread via the Internet.

Indiana has no such statute as to masks.

Indiana has no such statute requiring CC.

Kirk's First Law of the Internet is an iron law.

That is good to know that Indiana doesn't have anything like that. I still wonder if the caller was correct about Ohio.
Thanks for the good Indiana info!

Some states have such laws. Illinois had to mark an exception when they mandated masks as:

9) carries or possesses in a vehicle or on or about his or her person any pistol, revolver, stun gun or taser or firearm or ballistic knife when he or she is hooded, robed or masked in such manner as to conceal his or her identity;
According to the law, this is a class 4 felony.

Yeah, in IL and CA maybe. Indiana, nope. Saw an article on this recently, which we all know constitutes top-notch legal advice on the cheap.
