    For those who don't FB. Here's a copy of the letter from Guy Relford:

    I have delivered the following email to the media liason for IMPD. What's your prediction on what, if any, response I receive from the City of Indianapolis?
    -------------

    "As you know, I am requesting Chief Randall Taylor to join me on my show on WIBC tomorrow. The topics of my show will be:

    1) whether the scene depicted in the attached photographs constitutes a crime (including Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon) according to the City of Indianapolis;

    2) how the City of Indianapolis suggests motorists respond to similar situations during protests in the future;

    3) why there was no IMPD presence Thursday on Meridian Street in downtown Indianapolis as this scene unfolded;

    4) what is the status of the criminal investigation of this matter by IMPD or the Marion County Prosecutor's Office (if any);

    5) does the City of Indianapolis recognize that similar situations are likely to result in motorists using force, including deadly force, to defend themselves from an unlawful attack on their occupied motor vehicles, the commission of a forcible felony and/or serious bodily injury as specifically justified by Ind. Code 35-41-3-2; and

    6) what is IMPD's plan to avert the loss of life likely to occur from this scenario if and when it unfolds again during future protests?

    These are critical questions and IMPD and mayor Hogsett owe answers to the people who live, work or travel in Indianapolis.

    For all these reasons, I implore you to have Chief Taylor join me tomorrow, anytime from 5-7pm.

    Thank you.

    IMPD:

    Unfortunately, Chief Taylor will be unable to join you for an interview due to a prior obligation of kneeling down before violent protesters.
    Sarcasm, strong with this one. The Chief was appointed by Mayor Stinky Shoes who has a "pretend WIBC doesn't exist" policy so I'm not holding my breath.

    He could at least send Deputy Chief Kendale Adams (former Public Information Officer/Public Affairs Officer/wasn't he a Sergeant just the other day?/Is PAO a fast-track? Just wondering...) to field the questions. It ain't like he doesn't have them.

    There is more info on the Minneapolis thread for this. My understanding it’s on Indiana Avenue, near IUPUI. The interstate signs in the background must be I 65

    Sounded like it was on Meridian St. per Guy's FB post above (around 10th St. I think).

    Considering I work on West 10th Street I should be more hip to the locations than I am. I get east of Eskenazi I'm iffy at best.
