Any one know how other states look at the HR 218 qualifications and do they honor LEO's who carry after complying with the rules.

I know Hawaii has bucked on it with little success
As far as many lower 48, I've never had an issue And I've carried under LEOSA since 2005 when first passed. Never haf any issues. The couple I had heard of were within the first year or so and usually involved someone being an issue in the first place. Couple in expected jurisdictions and a couple in places you wouldn't expect.

The other part where LEOSA can be an issue is where some folks that thought they met the criteria wwwwwwwhe they didn't. I know NJ had held a few folks from PA to that in a couple cases.

Also it quit being HR 218 once it became law HR 218 means somehing totally different year to year might be an agricultural bill someone introduced.
