    One thing though...

    - Have the statements notarized ASAP.
    Notarization is only to prove that you (and or someone with you) signed a document. It doesnt authenticate what the signature was for (be it a contract, statement, etc.) just that you signed it.

    (I used to work at a federal credit union and did many notaries during my time working there.)

    If you have a camera on, can an officer legally make you turn it off? I see this all the time on tv. How does a camera scare a police officer? Is it just that he doesn't want his actions seen?
