1. Pistol and adapter can be picked up at time of payment or at time of ATF approval of the suppressor transfer.
2. Buyer is responsible for the $200 ATF tax on the suppressor transfer.
3. Buyer is responsible for Indiana Sales tax on all items purchased.
4. All items must be picked up at my place of business in Hendricks County, Indiana or at the Indy 1500 gun show.
5. Sales ends Sunday November 28th, 2010 or when quantities in stock are exhausted unless a purchaser wants to pre-pay and wait on a Form 3 transfer.​
