I filed mine in March 2013, picked it up in January this year. Go to the Class III (NFA) timelines thread to get a feel for....well, wait times.

Do you pay for the stamp when you file for it, or when you pick it up? It is about 200 bucks, right?

Payment for the stamp is submitted with the forms. E-filing with a trust is taking about 6 months, standard paper forms are taking 10-12 months.
