    NFA Riddle....

    Ok, this might be easy for a couple of you but I bet it stumps several.

    A new complete suppressed weapon is about to be added to the list of demo/rental's (don't know which he will choose) for the Hush Indiana shoot will:

    1. Require two people to be present for it to legally be there.

    2. Be a legally registered SBR and a legally registered MG.

    3. Will require a total of three NFA forms.

    So guesses on what it is and why these things have to be?

    Not that up on 1934 laws, but I thought that if you had a registered machine gun, you did not need to worry about barrel length. Your item number 2.

    Nope, that would still just be a MG if they were MG's.

    Warmer though....

    Here's a shot in the dark:

    1. It's registered to a trust and the trust document requires it; or it's dealer sample and the CLEO requesting a demo has to be there; e.g. (AR-15 with auto sear for example)

    2. Receiver registered as an SBR with a registered sear or other FA part (possibly DSS);

    3. SBR registered item, FA part registered item, and suppressor;
