Build a DD

Just wondering if its legal to build a dd rifle in Indiana. I know sbs are NOT. Im speaking of a beyond .50 cal bore rifle. Im thinking of experimenting with some wildcat rounds beyond .50 bore.

There isn't a separate class for DD rifles. As far as I know (which I admit is not far) a greater than 50 Cal rifle would be legal in Indiana.

My understanding as well...

In IN non-explosive DD's are legal. Rifle w/ bore greater than .50 cal is a non-explosive DD. I think you should be gtg.

There are plenty of sporting exceptions to the DD "0.50" bore regulation.

I think you're misreading "sbs" for "sbr."
