flash hider for cz scorpion (922r compliance)

I am pretty sure I know the answer to this but I want to confirm. I am 99% sure I remember changing out the flash hider. Can someone describe the difference between the usa made muzzle device and the other muzzle device. I just want to ensure I have the right part installed.

Since neither are marked with country of origin, who really cares? Looks like the USA one is installed to me.

not good advice as there is a visually noted difference between the two and it is illegal to put the non-US muzzle device on it...I know the difference between the two but looking for someone who actually knows

How would 922 even apply to a Scorpion? If you Form 1 it, congrats, you're now the manufacturer and 922 doesn't apply. If it's a pistol, 922 doesn't apply. If it's a carbine, 922 doesn't apply.

well, i believed that to be correct but i apparently swapped it months ago but did not remember for certain. It is a matter of legality and the two parts can be identified uniquely. I just wanted to make sure. Thanks for your efforts.
