Curious to see who has first hand experience with the SiCo Omega 9K. The size is exceptionally appealing to me, and think it would be great on the MPX. I've got a couple of HK pistol hosts for a Ti-rant 9, but I think this would be a permanent dedicated can.

I've tried on and found it very quiet for it's size, IMHO.. Also did a pretty good job on a 22

Allen, looks great on the Scorpion. Waiting on your feedback! I realize it won't be the quietest can out there, but the size sure does look appealing!
PS, are you down to do another cerakoted VP9 for me???

    I'm ready when you are

I took it out and shot it this morning. My impression is I love it.
It is at least as quiet as my Huntertown Arms that I was using on this gun.

The size and lightweight are a big plus too.
I was by myself so I couldnt step away from the gun to listen or have someone to hold the camera.
So it's poor angle. I was putting most of the rounds in the dirt so you heard the rounds and not the steel.

    Here is my poor video.

I have an SBR MPX (gen 1) with an Omega 9k on it. I used a HK parts 3 lug mount along with the 3 lug adapter from silencerco for mounting. I also have a Octane and an Osprey that I have put on it, and both are quieter then the Omega 9K, but for its size and weight, nothing is better then the 9k. Its quite enough and much much shorter.

Hope that helps. Either way, you won't be disappointed to suppress it. One thing with the MPX, the barrel has a very narrow taper. I have the HK parts 3 lug it doesn't have any way to torque it on and It doesn't shoulder as fully as I would like. Griffin Arms makes one that is a little longer, but it has flats so you can torque it on.
