This gun build has been over a year in the making. It finally culminated in my Osprey 9 can being approved and picked up this weekend. Bought a Rossi Ranch Hand .357 over a year ago and immediately filed SBR paperwork on it. Once the paperwork came in, I installed the buttstock off a Rossi M92 onto the Ranch Hand to make it an official SBR. Then sent the barrel out to have it threaded and an adapter made to clear the magazine tube. Then installed a Pearson's Tactical Rail and a Primary Arms Micro Red Dot. Finished it off with a custom leather buttstock cover/ammo holder and big loop leather cover. The Osprey 9 is the icing on the cake.
This thing is QUIET shooting .38SPL. Like suppressed .22 quiet.
I have always loved lever action guns, but I am a modern firearms collector primarily. I think this is the perfect mix.

That might just be a perfect " urban cowboy" gun I like the osprey
Very nice! Is it SASS-legal? I'd love to see that at our next Cowboy match!
I love it .... great execution !
Very nice. I had planned to do that with my Ranch Hand, but the project stalled due to some technical difficulties and I ended up selling off my pistol.
Got any videos of the gun in action?
