I sent in a couple 5320.20 forms at the end of August and still haven't heard back. I saw that the BATFE lets you email those in, so I jumped headlong into the late 1990s and did that this time.

Any idea how long us "usual" for these and whether it is better to just mail them?

    Thx.

Ah - ok. So I'm still inside the benchmark.

Did you send snail mail or email?

So, the magic of INGO strikes again. I posted this thread last week, and the forms arrive by snail mail a couple days after. :)

FYI - I scanned and emailed 2 different 5320.20s (2 different places) with just one pdf for each to nfafax[at]atf.gov and it worked. Took about 54 days for the hard copies to arrive.
