Form 4 question

It has been many years since I did an NFA transfer and had a question. I had won a free thunder beast arms suppressor certificate at a match earlier this year and was going to cash it in. My question however is that I am working out of state next few months and wanted to know if I can send in the form 4 without having to physically be at the shop to pick it up? I cannot remember if they fill something out on the form that they need to look at my ID for or not till it is approved and I go to pick it up.
